–       when we’re in the middle/in balance we can see the wider picture, and find acceptance and equanimity > contentment naturally arises.  Little things don’t knock us off our rocker so much

–       The place in the middle is where we can connect to the heart, we can connect in a balanced way to our lives and to our highest dreams for ourselves, we can be steady for those around us like a pillar of support.

–       Balance on one leg, then take other towards chest other. Hug in to the midline draw in. as much as you hug in, soften. Allow wavering but you feel steady on the inside. Find place in the middle. The wavering of your body is part of the balance. Allow yourself to wabble. But at same time there’s a steadiness. Hug in strong, find softness in the balance.
